Demand for expanded and efficient office space for this regional insurance company in a downtown historic district required the design of a 25,000 sf infill building which connects the new construction with flanking renovated historic buildings.

Everhart Medical Office Building
Ambulatory Surgical Center,

Private medical center meets the stringent code requirements for health care within a welcoming and comforting architectural setting. This project combines the medical offices of two gastroenterologists with a regional endoscopy center on one level and additional medical office suites on the second floor with direct connection to the adjoining hospital, this 25,000 sf center provides much needed outpatient care for the community.

Three distinct automobiles manufactures showrooms fan out from central sales, financing and support facilities with each showroom representing the corporate design standards for each manufacture. The dealership’s emphasis on service incorporates a drive through parts department, repair bays, body shop and customer service processing area for all three manufactures.

Carefully detailed brickwork incorporating seven unique shapes gave this 6,000 sf home an estate
manor appearance. To continue the estate manor experience the interior great hall features a piano alcove and the covered colonnade terrace provides a comfortable outdoor seating space. Featured in Glen-Gary Brickwork Design Magazine, April 1994 for creative use of custom brick shapes.

A new 6,000 sf Christian Education Building assembly and support space was combined with renovation of an existing frame building for church Sunday school classrooms. Designed to compliment the local historic district and employing features from the main church, this facility is a welcomed community asset. Project required compliance with local Historic Review Board for design standards.
